Biblical Framework Ministries Biblical Framework Ministries is a non-profit organization that is dedicated to sharing the Biblical Framework approach with you through the distribution of Charles A. Clough’s lectures and study materials. At this Web site you will find downloadable Bible lectures as both audio and text media, as well as other support materials. The core collection of study materials is A Biblical Framework for Worship and Obedience in an Age of Global Deception—a series of 224 lectures, available for downloading in MP3 audio format and as text transcriptions. The series is accompanied by over 700 pages of extensively footnoted class notes. The course is not a replacement for your pastor’s verse-by-verse exegesis of Scripture--the nourishment and lifeblood of the church. The course cannot replace the specialized academic studies by godly Christians who bring important subjects under the dominion of the Word of God. And, it is not a substitute for apologetics, although it teaches an apologetic strategy for isolating and encircling unbelief. Finally, the series cannot substitute for worship, praise, and prayer, but, rather, complements them. The Framework series is taught biblical event by biblical event and in contrast to the pagan viewpoint that was prevalent at the time of each event. Truths of God and His working are set into their original contexts in history to show they are as much a part of reality as any secular history or science. In an age when men despair trying to find sense in life, the Framework presents the inner coherence of God’s message to us. 		A well-respected Bible scholar with a scientific background, Charles Clough is a much sought-after speaker and teacher. He serves on the Governing Board of Chafer Theological Seminary, where he is an adjunct professor. Mr. Clough holds a B.S. in mathematics from MIT, an M.S. in atmospheric science from Texas Tech, and a TH.M. in Old Testament Hebrew from Dallas Theological Seminary. He served as a meteorologist in the U.S. Air Force and recently retired as Chief of the Army Aberdeen Test Center’s Meteorology Team, where he was involved with weapons testing. In addition, Mr. Clough was pastor of Lubbock Bible Church from 1968-1979. Mr. Clough taught the 224-lecture series entitled A Biblical Framework for Worship and Obedience in an Age of Global Deception, at Fellowship Chapel, Jarrettsville, MD., from 1995-2002, and he continues to develop and refine the series.
